Et tag er, en kommando til browseren. I visse tags kan du præcisere kommandoen ved at knytte mere information til kommandoen inde i selve taget. Sådanne informationer kaldes attributter.
Du kan ændre baggrundsfarven ved at tilføje en attributten style="background-color:#cccccc;" til body´en. Her er eksemplet:
